The 1800's Womens' Rights Movement's accomplishments and 1900's Womens' Rights Movement's accomplishments were more different than they were similar.  The Womens' Rights Movement had goals and methods that were both similar and different. In the end, the accomplishments of the Womens' Rights Movement were very different. Despite the women wanting the mostly the same goals.

Some of the goals and the methods of the rights movements were very similar.  Both the 19th century and the 20th century movement had a goal of womens rights.  One similarity is that they both wanted voting rights. Women also wanted the same educational opportunities as men. They also wanted the same job opportunities. Some leaders that were involved in the womens rights movement were Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Susan B. Anthony, Alice Paul, and Betty Friedan.

Women wanting more rights, had many accomplishments from the Womens' Rights Movement. Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Lucretia Mott organized a womens' right convention in Seneca Falls, New York. The Seneca Falls Convention published a declaration of women's rights. Susan B. Anthony's efforts helped produce laws that gave married women a right to own property.

Some of the goals and the methods of the rights movements were also different.  Both the 19th century and the 20th century had a goal of womens rights.  One difference is that in the 1800s women wanted the property of owning land,  divorce, and to go to college.  In the 1900s they wanted better jobs and better pay.

The Women's Rights Movement had many accomplishments. In the 19th century and in the 20th century the Womens' Rights Movement had many different accomplishments. One was in 1918 through 1919 the Congress passed the 19th amendment. The 19th amendment allowed  women to vote. In the 19th century a women named Elizabeth Blackwell went to collage and got a doctors degree. In the 20th century the Women's Rights Movement had gotten two laws to pass, the Civil Rights Act and the Higher Education Act.

Therefore, the 1800s and 1900s of the rights movement had many similarities. Not only did the Women's Rights Movement's goals differ from 1800 through the 1900's, the accomplishments were also different. The Women's Rights Movement had a great impact on how women were recognized in the world.
